Randolf Vogelsang is an accomplished Application & Marketing Manager for ChromaScape Colorants for the EMEA region. With a robust background in color technology, Randolf manages the technical application lab and leads a dedicated team of color specialists. He oversees machine trials to ensure the highest quality and performance of colorant products. As a key advocate for ChromaScape colorants, Randolf combines his technical expertise and marketing acumen to drive
innovation and customer satisfaction across the paper market.
Randolf brings over 34 years of experience in paper coloration, encompassing roles from sales to technical application. His career began at Imperial Chemical Industries, involving appointments in the United Kingdom and West Africa. Randolf has extensive expertise in key account management and contract negotiations with international customers and trading partners, holding margin, cost and result responsibilities. His skills extend to technical customer service, managing and supporting customer lab and machine trials, as well as forecasting and stock level control. Randolf is adept at demand and competition market analysis and has collaborated with system-relevant process suppliers in the pumps, dosing and measuring industries. Additionally, he has worked
closely with authorities for product certification, such as ISEGA, and is proficient in data analysis and monitoring.
Randolf graduated from the International Correspondence Institute in Frankfurt, Germany with an
Industrial Management Assistant training certification (certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce).
Randolf has been happily married to Sandra for 36 years, and together they have three beautiful
daughters: Sarah, Alice and Lily. They reside in a charming village in the German countryside,
surrounded by wonderful neighbors with whom they enjoy socializing and exploring new places. Randolf loves traveling, spending time outdoors, gardening and cooking—currently honing his barbecue skills. Although he enjoys playing golf, he humorously admits he's not very good at it.
