Barbara Lukasik, Colorants Lab Manager at ChromaScape, has a wide range of responsibilities from managing customer requests, running colorant schools on the intricacies of coloration in the paper industry, to collaborating with customers on a multitude of issues.
Barbara is a highly motivated, creative and versatile manager with decades of experience in the paper colorants industry. She has worked with various paper mills troubleshooting issues on paper machines and conducting color trails. Barbara has co-authored a book on the paper industry, entitled Make Paper Products Stand Out. Her ability to build relationships with customers and staff, as well as her technical expertise is impressive.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration from Southern University.
Barbara grew up in a small Pennsylvania town with three brothers and three sisters. She and
her husband live in Douglasville, Georgia, have three grown children and three wonderful
grandchildren.
In her free time, she loves to work with wood, bringing new life to old furniture, creating art
through wood and sometimes just painting with watercolors. She loves to cook and spend
time with her family every chance she gets.
