James “Dave” Lynn is a dedicated sales representative for corrugated products at ChromaScape. In his role, he is responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining and servicing existing ones. His commitment to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions ensures strong, lasting relationships and continued business growth.
Dave has over two decades of experience in the corrugated packaging industry, serving in multiple roles from corrugator superintendent to machine operator. He has managed three-shift operations with over 30 employees and two supervisors, handling tasks like scheduling overtime and vacations for crews. Dave has also coached supervisors on leadership and motivation techniques and overseen rollstock management. Dave is proficient in all aspects of operating BHS,
Agnati and Fosber corrugators. He has received formal training through various technical corrugator schools and has hands-on experience with BHS and Fosber machines. Although Agnati corrugators are less common, Dave is well-versed in their operation and knows all the necessary workarounds.
Dave is a family man with three children and eight grandchildren, with another grandchild on the way. He is happily married to his wife, Leticia. Dave enjoys playing golf and bowling, and he loves watching sports. However, spending time with his family is his top priority and trumps everything else.
