Bill graduated from Rhodes State College and holds an Associate Degree in Chemical Technology.
Residing in Palmetto, Florida, Bill is a native of Rhode Island, where he spent his formative years. His daughter, a University of Florida alumna, currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Bill's diverse array of interests includes travel, boating, fishing, exercise and attending live sporting events.
